Are your shared hosting servers compliant to PCI DSS and can they pass HackerSafe/ScanAlert/any other security checks?

Our servers are up to date, and secure as much as it doesn't affect our level of service in general - none of them was hacked before. However, requirements of such security checks are for dedicated servers with one client, and point to possible weaknesses rather than to real vulnerabilities - shared hosting servers can't pass HackersSafe/ScanAlert/etc checks due to their nature. Neither of them are PCI DSS compliant as well - just because of level of service and many clients hosted there.

The only solution in this case is a dedicated server.
