Can I upgrade/downgrade a plan in my billing center?

Log into your billing center below.

Locate Number of Products/Services: 1 (1) - View ยป (click on view)

You will see your current plan (with price, billing cycle and renew date). Click on the small button next to 'View Details' and you will see the option to 'Upgrade/Downgrade' your account.

Click on 'Upgrade/Downgrade' to choose your new plan and billing cycle. After you payment is made your upgrade will be complete usually within 1hr. (during normal business hours)
