[ATTN] DDoS attack on our server

Dear Valued Customers,

We are notifying you that we have encountered unexpected DDoS attack on all our servers , so you may experiencing frequent downtimes on your websites.

Approximate ETA: -
Affected server: All servers
Type of Event: Unplanned Event

Rest assured the issue is already being taken care of and our best specialists are working on it in order to solve the issue at the earliest. Please accept our sincere apologies for inconveniences caused.

Once we have any news regarding the issue, we will update this notification immediately.

We would like to announce that load issues on hardware node were successfully solved. Currently, the server is up and running in the proper state.

Your accounts will be moved to a new server with the set of latest available software versions on October 29, 01:00 EST.
New server name: njdz5.dailyrazor.com
New server URL: https://njdz5.dailyrazor.com:2083

Account login info remains unchanged.

Event details:
Date: Sunday, October 29th
Start Time: 01:00 EST
Approximate downtime for the server: 2-3 hours.

Migration is fully controlled by our staff members, so there are no additional actions required from account owners during\after the maintenance.

[ATTN] Unscheduled maintenance on xwdz7 server.

Hello DailyRazor users,

This post is to inform you about upcoming unscheduled maintenance on xwdz7 server. Maintenance is connected to unexpected issues with disk subsystem that may cause harmful consequences to server health, if not addressed.

Expected downtime - 6 hours.

WARNING: As you may see above default PHP version on 'jdz2.dailyrazor.com' server will be changed from PHP 5.2 to 5.4 or higher and due to that you may notice problems with compatibility of your applications. So, if it possible we would like to ask you to prepare your applications for mentioned changes. In case you have any problem in work of your applications after update, please don't hesitate to contact us via desk and we will be glad to assist you in solving noticed issues.

Also, we would like to notify you that Tomcat 5 is no longer supported and it has been replaced by its successor - Tomcat 6. Although no issues are expected after this upgrade procedure, we encourage you to contact us if any part of your application will not be working as expected.

 

Considering fact IP switch procedure will be handled from our side - no actions are required from you at all.
