How are my account folders mapped?

Here is the folder mappings:
~/public_html: - user's webroot. Files stored in this folder are showed by webserver as the website. User should upload his website content (html, php, jsp, images) exactly in this dir
~/public_html/WEB-INF: - tomcat finds web application config file (web.config) in this dir
~/public_html/WEB-INF/classes - in this dir customer can upload application classes
~/public_html/WEB-INF/lib - this folder is for application libraries

~/mail: - in this dir, system stores user's mailboxes with user's emails in it

~/tomcat/conf: - tomcat's config files are stored in this catalog. *
~/tomcat/logs: - tomcat's log files *
* Only for private tomcat owners.
Java and private tomcat binaries, work dir and other system folders are located on another drive. This allows to raise the speed of the disk sub-system by balancing disk usage among and prevent customer from crashing tomcat by removing or changing tomcats binaries. Also at a customers request we can reconfigure tomcat, and tomcat will store logs to the customers home. Please note that access to Tomcat logs is only for Private Tomcat accounts.
