[ATTN] Temporary issue with 'nwdz1.dailyrazor.com' server accessibility

UPDATE from JAN 13 2017 3:00 PM PST:

 

We're glad to inform that issue on 'nwdz1' server has been solved. Problem caused from the work of server's firewall which led to the blocking of the server. We've already re-cionfigured firewall and now server is back to the 'normal' state.

We would like to inform you that due to the release of such useful feature as PHP switcher on the latest cPanel version, it was decided to add it on our xjdz2.dailyrazor.com server. 

Date: Monday, Jan 2nd 2017
Start Time: 0:00 AM EST
Approximate downtime for the server: 30-60 minutes.
Affected server: xjdz2.dailyrazor.com
Type of Event: Planned Event

Thus, change will allow all customers from xjdz2.dailyrazor.com server to have the opportunity of choosing preferable PHP version by themself using cPanel interface. The list of available PHP version is provided below:

[ATTN] File System Issues on Hardware Node

Dear Customers,

We've noticed an alert in our monitoring system regarding file system issue on one of our hardware nodes and as a result the following servers are temporarily down:

xdbs2.dailyrazor.com
xwdz4.dailyrazor.com
xwdz11.dailyrazor.com
xwdz12.dailyrazor.com

Our support engineers are aware of this and currently working to restore services.

We have started file system check, which should fix all errors within next 3 hours.

We are glad to inform you that restoration on xwdz11 and xwdz12 servers has been successfully completed. Both servers along with all services are up and running in a normal state and as expected. Please refer to us, in case you still face any issues or have specific concerns.

As for now, restore process on xwdz4 has recently been launched.

We'll continue keeping you updated on the issue status.
