Dear Valued Customers,

 

This is a notification addressed to all account owners on 'jdz2.dailyrazor.com' server.

Your accounts will be moved to a new server with the set of latest available software versions on October 7, 01:00 EST.
New server name: njdz2.dailyrazor.com
New server URL: https://njdz2.dailyrazor.com:2083

Account login info remains unchanged.

Event details:
Date: Saturday, October 7th
Start Time: 01:00 EST
Approximate downtime for the server: 2-3 hours.
Affected server: jdz2.dailyrazor.com
Type of Event: Planned Event

Migration is fully controlled by our staff members, so there are no additional actions required from account owners during\after the maintenance.
However, we recommend you not to apply any major changes to accounts before works are completed, in order to avoid data loss on a new server.

Software version changes:
CentOS 5.11 -> CentOS 7.3
cPanel 11.56 -> cPanel 11.66
PHP 5.4.36 -> MultiPHP: 5.4.45, 5.5.38, 5.6.31, 7.0.23, 7.1.9, 7.2.0
MySQL 5.5.52 -> MySQL 5.6.37

WARNING: As you may see above default PHP version on 'jdz2.dailyrazor.com' server will be changed from PHP 5.2 to 5.4 or higher and due to that you may notice problems with compatibility of your applications. So, if it possible we would like to ask you to prepare your applications for mentioned changes. In case you have any problem in work of your applications after update, please don't hesitate to contact us via desk and we will be glad to assist you in solving noticed issues.

Also, we would like to notify you that Tomcat 5 is no longer supported and it has been replaced by its successor - Tomcat 6. Although no issues are expected after this upgrade procedure, we encourage you to contact us if any part of your application will not be working as expected.

 

Considering fact IP switch procedure will be handled from our side - no actions are required from you at all.
