Upgrading anti-spam protection system on Windows-based servers

Dear Valued Customers,

 

We are happy to announce that anti-spam protection on Windows-based servers has been upgraded and imporved considerably.

In general, this change must elmiminate spam issues we have been experiencing. Here are major improvements that you can already observe:

- chances of outgoing IP for mail server being blacklisted decreased significally due to new outgoing spam filtering;
- incoming spam emails are successfully placed in Junk folder and do not go to Inbox folder;

However, now if you will need to tune up filter sensetivity by yourself, you will need to submit a ticket and we will gladly assist you.

Please keep in mind that mail issues still may arise and if you see any issues or have any questions/concerns regarding new spam filtering on server, please submit a ticket, so that we might assist you.
