How do I cancel my account?

If you want to cancel your account, please submit a ticket with the following information:

1. Username and domain name
2. Last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or TransID on any paid invoice.
3. Cancellation reason

Your account will be canceled within 24 hours and you will no longer be billed during the next billing period.

All cancellation and/or account request must be received 5 days before the last day of the month unless to prevent your account from automatically renewing.
 
In the event your cancellation is not received 5 days before the last day of the month, your cancellation request will take effect after your account has renewed.
